As a small child I remember lying in bed knowing that day I wanted to use my life experience and all the challenges I faced to help women who faced similar challenges.

What I now know after a lifetime of healing is overcoming the overwhelm and trauma I faced in my own life is my offering to the world around me.

As a transformational coach I specialise in supporting women so they have the tools and practice they need to resource them in their day to day, as mothers, creatives, home educators. I use a powerful trio of grounding techniques, somatic practices and guided visualisation.

I draw upon my own healing journey, work with children and woman with complex needs, neurodivergent children and my work as founder and facilitator at Lunar, an agile learning centre for unschooling children, most of whom are neurodivergent and/or recovering from institutional trauma.

Meditation, somatic dance and a deep connection to Divine Mother nourish my commitment to weave the sacred into everyday life.

You can work with me individually, in a group or in community. I host an online unschooling community for women unschooling around the globe, women supporting women to do the big work of unschooling.

All the work I do is based on a desire for individual and collective liberation, none of us are free until we are all free.
