To walk free from fear, limiting thoughts and old stories that don’t align with their desires and the here and now, so they can learn to love themselves.
Each session, I hold clients with compassion and warmth and a deep belief in each person’s inner wisdom and the unique essence they bring to the world. These gifts are profoundly healing.
I absolutely love to create space for women to be seen, heard and loved.
As a Mama of 2 whose family have chosen to live a life unschooling I offer a non-judgemental and compassion filled space for women as they unravel the conditioning from their families of origin and the systems that shaped them.
A little bit about me
How does it work?
I’m here to partner with you to co-create vision, rewire negative thought patterns, unearth limiting beliefs that clip your wings and cause you to doubt yourself and all that’s possible.
We’ll use guided meditation, visualisation, inner child work, a somatic, gentle, compassionate approach, and many other tools I’ve curated to share with you from my own ongoing journey of transformation and liberation.
Each step is about getting to know yourself intimately and falling more and more deeply in love with the divine being that you are.

✨✨ VISIONING SESSION. We’ll spend some time gaining clarity around the desire you’d like to step into, create, or understand. Then using guided visualisation we’ll tune into your inner wisdom to co-create a vision for this next season of your life. Following the session you’ll have a next steps plan and a beautiful print out of all you’ve uncovered. (If you have aphantasia we’ll use journaling to co-create vision) £70
✨✨ NOURISH. A cycle of 12 sessions, over this period of 3 months we move towards the vision we co-create. This is perfect if you’d like to create long lasting change and transformation in any area of your life. If you want to invest in the journey enabling it to flow with ease, traversing three lunar cycles gaining insight and wisdom from all the seasons.

✨✨ ESSENCE. A year long programme with all the time you deserve to be seen & heard. When we get super clear about our desires everything that keeps us from embodying them comes to the surface. This is where we’ll work. As we hold those parts with understanding and compassion they start to align with the essence of who we truly are, and the conditioning we’ve inherited starts to come undone and fall away.

46 1 X hour sessions over a whole Lunar year, weekly sessions with the option to move to bi-weekly or monthly depending on individual needs.

✨✨ NURTURE. A cycle of 6 sessions, we start by getting super clear about your intention, hopes and fears then we partner with your inner wisdom to co-create vision. Now we’re super clear on where you’re going, each session we lean into the emotions, beliefs, resistance that surface as you move into alignment with your vision.

✨✨ CLARITY. Is there a situation or challenge that’s got you tied in knots? During this 45 minute session we’ll create space so you can hear your thoughts, your inner wisdom, what the obstacles are, where you want to go and how to get there. £70
✨✨ COMING BACK TO YOURSELF. 6 weeks of coaching in a small group, max 6 people. We’ll start each session with a short grounding meditation, we’ll co-create vision, I’ll share some nervous systems practices, tools and create space for you to step into more freedom, connection and trust in your own body and life. £150 payment plan available. ✨✨ CIRCLE UNSCHOOLING COMMUNITY. AN online membership where women support women to do the big work of unschooling. Workshops, support for neurodivergent families, guest speakers and beautiful space for connecting and support whilst you deschool, heal and grow into your own family wisdom.
